Bean & Cheese Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 1/4 c fat-free refreid beans
- 1/4 c low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 each low-carb flour tortilla
- 1/4 c fat-free salsa, or taco sauce optional
Instructions
- In a skillet, warm tortilla
- Remove from heat, and place tortilla on plate
- Spread with refried beans, and sprinkle with cheese
- Cook tortilla until cheese is melted, and tortilla is crispy
