  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • sprinkle cinnamon for topping

Method
 

  1. To prepare your overnight oats, add all the ingredients together in container.
  2. Cover, and then refrigerate overnight.
  3. If adding banana, you can wait until morning to avoid your banana browning overnight.
